This policy explains how OMWLabs LLC and its subsidiary Loaked (together "we") handle information in the Loaked mobile app and on thepokerpal.com. The Poker Pal is published by OMWLabs LLC.
Information we collect
- Account info: email address and display name if you create an account.
- Photos you choose: images you select or take so the app can read your hand. We only access photos you pick.
- Hand data: cards, boards and notes you save for study.
- Usage and diagnostics: crash reports and basic app usage to improve reliability.
How we use it
To provide hand recognition and equity study, keep your hand library in sync, fix bugs and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Camera and photo access
Loaked asks for camera or photo library permission only to capture hands you want to study. You can revoke it anytime in your device settings.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host and process it on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and crash reporting), or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or email us, and we remove your data within 30 days.
Children
Loaked is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal poker age in their region.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR or CCPA), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us to make a request.
