By using the Loaked app or thepokerpal.com, you agree to these terms. Loaked is a subsidiary of OMWLabs LLC, the company that also publishes The Poker Pal.
Educational use only
Loaked is a poker study tool. It does not offer, facilitate or accept real-money gambling. Equity figures are estimates for learning and are not guarantees of any outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to play poker where you live if you use Loaked to study real sessions.
Fair play
Do not use Loaked in ways that break the rules of a card room or online poker site, including real-time assistance during play where prohibited.
Your content
You own the photos and hands you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
Subscriptions
Any paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
App store terms
If you downloaded Loaked from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any gambling losses.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
